[7:49 PM]SmallMountaineer: Sure thing! My name is Harry Stamford and I am a hobbyist game designer. In the past, I’ve freelanced for Hunters Entertainment’s Kids on Brooms and produced a “Mini-Setting” for the Savage Worlds roleplaying game called Westerburg, for which I won a SWAG Award. Most pertinently, I’m the designer of Shadows of the Star Knights, a setting-guide for a “far-away galaxy” compatible with the Shadowdark RPG. Star Knights is intended to offer everything one might want or need for extensive adventures across the “Star Knight Galaxy.” (Done)
[7:30 PM]T3db0t: Alright hi everyone! I’m Ted (aka T3db0t), the creator of Sentients, the RPG of Artificial Consciousness
[7:31 PM]T3db0t: I successfully kickstarted the game last year and got 400+ books printed and shipped this year!
[7:31 PM]Rutibex: Hi my name is Michael Robinson and I am the creator of 46 published TTRPG books (with AI assistance). I have been DMing D&D games since the 90’s but I started publishing books on DriveThru in 2022. My first book was mostly a compilation of random tables I had created via various means, as well as some a few sections of original content. I used Creative Commons art as well as a very privative AI called ArtBreeder. Art Breeder mostly created nightmare fuel, but that was appropriate for some things! My second module was hand written for the Basic Fantasy system. It was called Isle of the Succubus and also used public domain art. I really began to use AI during a module create content in the Basic Fantasy forums. ChatGPT 3.5 had just came out and I had created some basic templates for generating Basic Fantasy content. I made a very respectable module, but it inflmaed the forums and I was basically benned from making Basic Fantasy content any more.
[7:31 PM]Rutibex: So I created generic “OSR” content for a while until the Wizards of the Coast OGL debacle. When that happened I decided I needed a system of my own and rewrote the entirety of everything, Players handbook, DMG, and monsters manual with AI and published it as Creative Commons license under my new title Hexmaster. My system is not exactly 5e, it has a blending of all of the editions of D&D and a lot of my own house rules. But mostly I wanted it to stick a thumb in WoTC eye. All of my books are published Creative Commons, so anyone can reuse the material as they see fit. This is a cornerstone of basic Fantasy, and even though I am on my own I still stick to it. I go a step further and release all the art creative commons as well. In the era of AI art I don’t think the copyright is very valuable anyway! I’ve continued to publish books, mostly material I make for my own table. Instead of buying a module I will now create it. I don’t make a lot of money or anything, but its nice some people got a bit of value out of it! And I have a lot of fun making it. https://legacy.drivethrurpg.com/browse/pub/20143/Rutibex https://rutibex.itch.io/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CPSBQKT5DriveThruRPG.com – Rutibex – The Largest RPG Download Store!Your one-stop online shop for new and vintage RPG products from the top publishers, delivered fresh to your desktop in electronic format.itch.ioRutibex

[7:43 PM]gwencie: sure! so hi! I’m gwencie aka gwen aka darling thresher games, i’m an rpg writer and layout artist from minneapolis and INFINITE REVOLUTION is my first real-deal published game! it began as a spur-of-the-moment game jam entry back in 2022 and has since gone through a whole beautiful destructive metamorphosis into a massively improved second edition, which is what i’ll be talking about today! INFINITE REVOLUTION is a game about big bombastic space dogfights, impossible odds, and the unflinching radiant burn of the human spirit. PCs in it play as Revolvers, once-humans with turbine-augmented hearts that break the laws of thermodynamics and are scrambling to save the rest of the solar system from being swallowed by an energy-devouring extradimensional species called the Veil. IR is inspired by magical girl media, games like Destiny and Warframe, my own love for spaceflight and weird aliens, and a bunch of little aesthetic and design touchstones. i’ve learned a lot making it and i’m looking forward to talking about it! sorry this took so long lmao i promise later ones will be faster [done ](edited)

[7:30 PM]Jesse Harlin (dungeonteller.com): Hello, everyone! My name is Jesse Harlin.(edited)
[7:33 PM]Jesse Harlin (dungeonteller.com): I’m composer in the video game industry and have been doing that for the last 26+ years. You’ve probably played some games I wrote music for like Valorant, Star Wars: Republic Commando, Mafia 3, and others. “ARRHENIUS” however marks the first time I’ve written a ttrpg. Arrhenius is a new indie ttrpg set in the ruined utopias of the year 100,000 during the next Ice Age.

[7:31 PM]Benny (Creator of Starot): Hi, I’m Benny, creator of Starot, a tabletop role-playing game with science fiction and cosmic fantasy elements, the first TTRPG ever made in Singapore. It all began 6 years ago during my country’s COVID-19 lockdown when I was complaining to an online friend about the lacklustre space combat in another game we were playing, and he told me, “So why don’t you make your own?” Starot is best played with between three to six players and one game master, whom we call The Oracle. Players take on the role of pioneers exploring the Starot galaxy, which contains living, sentient constellations corresponding to the 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot. These are mysterious, powerful cosmic entities that exert their influence throughout the game to bend reality to their will. In the Starot universe, players explore uncharted regions of the galaxy, venture into hazardous and hostile environments, navigate the challenges of near-light-speed travel, and deal with complex inter-species politics. During character creation, pioneers each receive a blessing from a patron constellation, determined by an augury performed by The Oracle. Pioneers may also consult oracles for auguries using tarot cards in the game itself. Starot features an innovative ship combat system that simulates realistic physics-based movement in space. Tactics, positioning, timing, and crew coordination are as equally important as raw firepower, giving players the opportunity to engage in epic space battles that still feel grounded in realism. With five basic careers and 25 advanced careers, Starot’s career system allows players to develop their pioneers’ careers naturally through actions and events in the game itself, without relying on artificial level-ups or predetermined paths. To gain advanced careers, pioneers must actively undergo training, procure equipment and successfully perform tasks to gain in-game experience. In other TTRPGs, how you level determines how you play; in Starot, how you play determines how you level. Starot’s wound system brings its survival mechanics beyond simple hit point scoring to create real, serious stakes in combat encounters and encourage players to make meaningful and strategic choices. Our Kickstarter’s most basic tier includes everything you need to dive into the Starot universe:
- The Pioneer’s Guide to the Starot Galaxy, a comprehensive rulebook for players detailing Starot’s basic mechanics, character creation guide, core stat system, skills system, close-quarters combat system, career system, ship combat system, and much more.,The Starot Oraculum, a comprehensive rulebook for Oracles (game masters). Included in the Oraculum is a pre-written adventure campaign lasting three to five sessions. In this campaign, The Whims of the Wheel, players are called to investigate a mysterious communications blackout on a planet where marauders have established a blockade.,The Story of Starot’s People, a detailed lore book with information about the eight playable original species of the Starot universe, the three factions and galaxies to which they belong, the events of the Coalescence, the workings of the Pioneer Commission, and all that is currently known about the 22 mysterious living constellations of Starot. From the lizard-like warrior Ranau who proudly bear every bruise and scar as battle marks of honour, to the six-limbed ursine Yvetrau who attune to the music of the spheres with their electromagnetically-sensitive hair spines, this book equips every player with building blocks to create their own well-rounded characters with rich and nuanced backstories.,
