Hi, I’m Chris Carter.
So I’ll tell you a bit about myself and the most game I’ve written, Transdimensional Adventures.

So I have been gaming for about thirty years, starting with Tunnels & Trolls and AD&D (2E). Games I’ve played the most of would included D&D (2E/3E/5E), Palladium games e.g. Rifts, and Savage Worlds.
Other games I have a particular fondness for would include Gamma World (and the more recent Mutant Epoch), Marvel Super Heroes, Dragon Warriors and Call of Cthulhu. Lots more as well. I’m often tinkering with something but its a long time since I have published anything – the first time as an independent publisher.

My current project is Transdimensional Adventures, which is a multi-genre RPG where characters can adventure across multiple worlds. Players can create a very broad variety of characters (from various world types) and then have adventures with them across various worlds. In some ways its similar to how a generic game like say GURPS or Savage Worlds works, but its more explicitly designed to have mixed groups and the dimension-hopping rules are more centre-stage.

My name is Julien Pirou, I’m the writer and publisher of a science-fantasy tabletop RPG named Lore & Legacy, which is available in French (my native tongue) and English. I’m a game designer and writer by trade, working primarily in the video game industry. I notably spent 10 years at Ubisoft, working on games such as Might & Magic, For Honor, Watch_Dogs Legion, Anno 1800, and a bunch of other titles that were cancelled midway through 😄 I’ve been freelancing for the last couple of years.
I’ve been playing TTRPGs for 20 years now, and was lucky to write for a couple of my favorite games, like Castle Falkenstein and Earthdawn (although most of the stuff I wrote is not available yet —hopefully soon). I also wrote a book on the history of TTRPGs called La Grande Aventure du Jeu de Rôle (litt. “The Great Adventure of Roleplaying Games”) which was released last year by Ynnis Éditions.
