[7:36 PM]Zarkov: Hi all. My name is Kylan Day, and this is Aristocracy – my first published RPG. Aristocracy is a setting-agnostic RPG that focuses on high action, dramatic scenes, and ease of adaptation. I largely designed it to fit my own needs as a lazy GM, rather than with any real eye to publishing. Once I’d run a few campaigns, my players encouraged me to tidy it up, playtest it properly, spend what seems like far too much money on editing and layout (my editing team were stunning and worth every cent! I love them dearly) and here we are. A couple of basic details about the game. Core system type: Dice Pools Character builds: Class style, consisting of an Origin selection, a Species selection, and two Career selections. Character advancement: Experience spend. Careers must first be unlocked by performing in game tasks. Setting: Agnostic, but core book contains details for medieval/fantasy, modern, cyberpunk, and space opera style campaigns. Crunch: Low Required resources: D6’s, D8’s, D12’s. Suggested 5 of each die type. GMs are encouraged to have more D12’s as Danger Track markers. GM aids: Player/NPC asymmetry allowing ease of play. GM advice to deal with non-traditional elements of the system. General advice section. [7:40 PM]DiebyDie: Hello my name is Mitch White. I live in a small town in Saskatchewan Canada. I’ve been playin role playing games for as long as I can remember. starting with dice games, then moving into video games. Around 2020 i started playing solo rpgs like Ironsworn, and 5 Parsecs from home and a few others. while playing Ironsworn, i was looking for different supplements to help me come up with ideas, I bought a few books to help. It was using some of those books when the idea of a game that could change genres came to me. and that is where Dreamstate came to be. I wanted to simulate both the randomness of dreams, and the way they can last forever, change instantly or end abruptly. (done)
[7:29 PM]Lokyn: Hello everyone!!! Really glad to be here, my name is Kyle Schantz-Hilton, creator of Chrono-Rogue, a timepunk ttrpg. My design studio is Loculus games. Chrono-Rogue is a time traveling heist game set on a backdrop of doom and oppression. You and your crew will operate an outdated busted ass ship while taking on clients to perform heists, assassinate historical figures, plant or pickup tech, or perform a variety of other tasks. Humanity has used time travel to steal vital resources from the past to save the future and by doing so, doomed themselves to being unwritten by time itself. Now the people who benefitted from time travel are all packed like sardines into giant floating cities called Chronoliths. They hide in the sky using shroud tech to keep themselves from being discovered by the current timeline. Time travel for the most part has been banned by an oppressive government, but you and your crew defy these commands and perform illegal criminal acts in a vast multiverse of timelines. You do this to make enough money to keep flying and to stay free.

[7:33 PM]Geoffquest: Hey, everyone! It’s good to be back doing a Q&A at Randomworlds! I was last here at about this time in the Year of the Great Plague (2020). My name is Geoff, my company is Geoffquest, and I’m here to talk about my latest tabletop RPG, A Distant Galaxy. It uses the same system as my previous game, Boldly Go!. However, the previous game was inspired by Star Trek, and this one is inspired by Star WARS.
[7:33 PM]John Harford -Fox and Boar Games: Thanks a lot for asking me onto Randomworlds! I’m John Harford – owner and primary designer at Fox and Boar Games. I am currently promoting TrashSexy – which is a game about roleplaying Raccoon Mayhem (or any aspect of raccoon life). It is a bridge between pub and card drive games like Munchkin and Drinking Quest – in which a generative deck creates locations and situations, and a full blown RPG in which you play and develop their character. I developed it to be played with minimal preparation for the players and the gm, called the TrashMaster.
[7:33 PM]John Harford -Fox and Boar Games:
[7:34 PM]John Harford -Fox and Boar Games: It is an extremely simple system using a D4 or D6 – in which you roll against a target number based on the “move” you use (your character skills). These Moves modify the die roll. You only have a few additional traits which help mitigate circumstances and then of course your Skid. Which is your character type/raccoon tribe. The goal is to cooperatively tell the story as the TrashMaster lays out cards. You move through the locations negotiating interactions (NPCs) and incidences (environmental situations) to collect Trash and possibly treat and shinies. These are called Escapades. This is broken down into episodes and each episode uses a randomly determined environment deck called a “map”. The raccoons must forage each location for trash, which triggers encounters.
[7:34 PM]John Harford -Fox and Boar Games:
[7:34 PM]John Harford -Fox and Boar Games: A certain amount of Trash is required to complete a goal (randomly rolled for each Escapade) and the remainder is then divided up among the raccoons. That along with another point awarded at the end called Smoove is used to advance your character. In addition the Trash the raccoons can find treats which heal and give temporary bonuses – and Shinies, which are equivalent to magic or special items in other games. We’re currently running the crowdfunding campaign and are nearly at half at just under a week. And have a number of fun unique items and stretch goal rewards already under way. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/foxandboargames/trashsexyrpg/KickstarterFox and Boar GamesTrashSexy – Raccoon Mayhem RPGThe cooperative TTRPG of Trash Eating, Sexy Raccoons.
[7:34 PM]John Harford -Fox and Boar Games: I may have prepped a bit much.
[7:31 PM]PeteNutButter: Hello, my name is Pete Florian. Thanks for having me here. I am the creator of the Dynamic Games and the Spell Scorched system. Spell Scorched is a grim fantasy TTRPG about choices. Those choices come in 3 pillars: Character Creation, Roleplay Dilemmas, and Choices in Combat. The game merges rich narrative driven gameplay with dynamic tactical combat using an all-new system developed from the ground up. (done)
