[19:08] <+GHOSTSOFNEVERMORE> Hi, my name is Matt Bogdan and I have been self-publishing for about 2 years now. I took about a year off to build a lot of content that I am using to this day.
[19:08] <+GHOSTSOFNEVERMORE> I am currently doing Pathfinder and D&D 5e -compatible adventures, and I have several published prducts on DTRPG under DARKBYDEZIGN
[19:09] <+GHOSTSOFNEVERMORE> I have been an art director, graphic designer, artist and I have written a bunch of adventures for this lovely industry under Darkbydezign.
[19:11] <+GHOSTSOFNEVERMORE> I also LOVE doing MAPS of all kinds and am seriously considering getting into engraving.
[19:40] <+paulmalchow> Sure. Hi there, I’m Paul Malchow
[19:40] <+paulmalchow> I’m a longtime gamer and GM.
[19:41] <+paulmalchow> I’ve spent the last year designing my own game
[19:41] <+paulmalchow> This game is based in and around Union City, the world of Superheroes that I’ve been developing for over 20 years
[19:32] <+Eric> Well, I am Eric E. Johnson, Project Manager for Haphazard Projects and my game is called Chronicles of the Orb: Shaedeam’s Song, or just Shaedeam works just fine.
[19:33] <+Eric> Shaedeam is a Gothic fantasy-horror game, filled with fallen gods, tragic characters, and weird monsters that freak people out.
[19:35] <+Eric> The game has 21 races in the book, never-seen-before (anywhere), and the final three are, essentially, humans, elves and dwarfs.
[19:36] <+Eric> And the world setting is H-U-G-E! You can spend an entire Adventurer’s career in an area and not see but like 0.5% of the setting in its full.
[19:37] <+Eric> I can keep rambling on, but I don’t want to hijack the chat….
[19:47] <+JeffStormer> Hi everyone! I’m Jeff Stormer. I’m a tabletop podcaster (I host Party Of One, an Actual Play about 2-player games, and All My Fantasy Children, about RPG character creation), game designer, and the unofficial LARPwright of the Olive Garden restaurant.
[19:48] <+JeffStormer> For the purposes of our discussion, though, I designed Mission: Accomplished!, an RPG of Super-Spies and Office Meetings. You’ve saved the world, and now you have to sit down with HR and hash out who gets the promotion.
[19:32] <+GKG_Alan> Hey! I’m Alan Bahr of Gallant Knight Games. We make roleplaying games (including our flagship line TinyD6). Today I’m here to talk about Eorathril, our Heroic Fantasy old-school revival game!
[19:32] <+GKG_Alan> It was generously funded by our Patreons and you can find it on DriveThru!

[19:32] <+BlackwellWriter> My name is Anna Blackwell, I’m the designer of Those Who Play ((Link: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/145963/Those-Who-Play-Narrative-Focused-RPG)https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/145963/Those-Who-Play-Narrative-Focused-RPG). Those Who Play is a roleplaying system that features point buy character creation that is designed to work with a massively wide variety of settings (we’ve used it for everything from generic fantasy to dinosaur
[19:32] <+BlackwellWriter> dating sims and science fiction adventures).
[19:34] <+BlackwellWriter> It features simultaneous combat, where players announce their actions at the same time, then roll for initiative with all actions happening in the same 6 second window. Which can lead to some unfortunate situations like shooting your friend because the villain grabbed them as a shield just in time.
[19:35] <+BlackwellWriter> It uses a D10 dice pool where players roll a D10 for every point they have in a Skill (which are things the players have learned) and add the total of their relevant Traits (things that define them as a character)
[19:36] <+BlackwellWriter> I released TWP back in 2014 after Kickstarting it in 2013 and while it met with great reception from those who played it at conventions here in Scotland, I wasn’t able to give it the push it deserved and it sort of got shelved after an initial print run. So to breathe some life back into it, I’ve donated it to RPG Kitchen which is an awesome site that
[19:37] <+BlackwellWriter> lets people subscribe in order to get tonnes of cool RPGs with the profits going to Action Against Hunger.
