<+LucaPalmieri[LUDOS]> Hello everyone!
<+LucaPalmieri[LUDOS]> I’m here for the Q&A about my rpg system called LUDOS
<+LucaPalmieri[LUDOS]> For a quick read you can see the kickstarter project page where I raise funds https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/135496774/ludos-a-simple-penandpaper-roleplay-game-system
<+LucaPalmieri[LUDOS]> Questions to you 😉
[19:32] <+Mike_Myler> Hello! I’m Mike Myler, a freelance game designer from Pittsburgh. While I work for many companies, the heart and soul of what I do is make campaign settings–today we’re talking about Book of Exalted Darkness, my 5th project to that end (and 6th Kickstarter): (Link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/verantheacodex/book-of-exalted-darkness-evil-for-the-5th-edition)https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/verantheacodex/book-of-exalted-darkness-evil-for-the-5th-edition
[19:32] <+Mike_Myler> The Book of Exalted Darkness is two things: a holy decopunk campaign setting (think Rocketeer or Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow) and a sourcebook for playing evil characters in D&D 5E.
[19:33] <+Mike_Myler> It is a slick and stylish campaign setting with a bevy of meritorious NPCs paired alongside a grimoire of vile and forbidden evil, the PCs gaining a little more edge through their trickery or perversion of the very technology that makes the world so unjust.
[19:34] <+Mike_Myler> All of Askis is possible because of inaequa-powered technology, a wondrous substance that radiates energy and extends the lifespan of good creatures. The PCs are flawed souls however, able to trick or pervert divinely fueled machines to better undermine society before they master or destroy it!
[19:35] <+Mike_Myler> TLDR: Be wicked for JUSTICE in your D&D 5E game and wreck havoc on a 1920’s-esque world of holy goody-two-shoes!
[20:32] <+MilesGaborit> Hi folks! My name is Miles Gaborit and I’m a dad, nerd, and game-player/maker/lover from Seattle. I’m here tonight to talk about my game Tall Pines.
[20:32] <+MilesGaborit> Tall Pines is a surreal murder mystery roleplaying game inspired by the TV show Twin Peaks. It’s best described as a freeform roleplaying game – it’s a closer cousin to a game like Fiasco than it is to D&D.
[20:32] <+MilesGaborit> It’s a one session game for 3-6 players that requires no planning, no GM, and no prep – you start spinning weird murder drama as soon as you sit down to play. A game of Tall Pines lasts about 30 minutes per player. The game is comprised of 114 cards.
[13:40] <+Ed_Jowett> Okay, well… hi everyone! Some of you probably know me by now, because I’ve been here more than ten times!
[13:41] <+Ed_Jowett> But for those who don’t, I’m Ed Jowett, the Lead Creator for Shades of Vengeance. I have created a few roleplaying games and I’m here today to talk about one for a second time!
[13:41] <+Ed_Jowett> About a year ago, I came on to talk to you about a post-apocalyptic survival horror game called Era: Survival.
[13:42] <+Ed_Jowett> It’s got zombies, it’s got Humans turning on each other, broken technology and hidden vaults beneath the ground – everything you could want from a post-apocalyptic RPG!
[13:42] <+Ed_Jowett> Well, it was very successful on Kickstarter and now we’re running a new campaign which gives everyone another chance to pick up the Core Rulebook, along with expansions.
[13:42] <+Ed_Jowett> (Link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/shadesofvengeance/era-survival-expansions)https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/shadesofvengeance/era-survival-expansions
[13:43] <+Ed_Jowett> The campaign offers 3 expansions at the Funded Goal and an additional expansion in Digital Format at each Stretch Goal.
[13:43] <+Ed_Jowett> I’ve got quite a few planned, including source books for all the faction, enhanced rules for Infected, and much, much more!
[19:33] <+CASuleiman> I am C.A. Suleiman and I’m heading up the Unspeakable: Sigil & Sign project for MBG (on KS now).
[19:33] <+NathanTucker> Ok, so I’m Nathan Tucker. I’m an Australian writer and developer and part of the Make Believe Games Team. And also the plucky comedy relief on Sigil and Sign.
[19:35] <+CASuleiman> Confirmed: He’s totally plucky.
[19:37] <~Dan> (I’m assuming you guys are still typing. 🙂 )
[19:37] <+Z-GrimV> Mark Kelly here and I’m the Art Director and Lead Artist for Make Believe Games and Unspeakable: Sigil & Sign project. I’m just here chilling but thought I’d say hello 🙂
[19:37] <+CASuleiman> Sup, Mark!
[19:38] <+CASuleiman> Unspeakable: Sigil & Sign is a roleplaying game that challenges some of the more traditional conventions of the hobby. In this RPG you assume the role of the cultist, servant, cast-off, or misbegotten child of the Old Ones. In this game you are of the Mythos.
[19:44] <+ColinPunk> My name is Colin Kyle, I’m the lead writer and designer of Axon Punk: Overdrive, which is live on Kickstarter right now (Link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1877971196/axon-punk-overdrive-0)https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1877971196/axon-punk-overdrive-0
[19:45] <+ColinPunk> The game is a combination of classic cyberpunk and hip hop. Play feels like Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo, but set in the megacities of 2085.
[19:46] <+ColinPunk> When I say classic cyberpunk, I mean tech focused cyberpunk without any magic. All about plugging brains into computers, like in Neuromancer and the like.
[20:32] <+JoshTJordan> I am the lead designer and publisher of The Imposters, which is on Kickstarter now (Link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1080999837/the-imposters)https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1080999837/the-imposters
[20:33] <+JoshTJordan> he Imposters is a collection of seven conspiracy rpgs by seven different designers.
[20:33] <+JoshTJordan> If you’re interested in learning more about me, you can check out (Link: http://www.joshtjordan.com)www.joshtjordan.com or of course you can ask questions here.
[20:33] <+JoshTJordan> I’ve been designing games for a few years now. Almost all of them are available on drivethrurpg
[20:33] <+JoshTJordan> The Imposters is my fifth Kickstarter. All five of them have successfully funded. And we’ve always delivered the stuff we promised
[20:33] <+JoshTJordan> .That’s my basic introduction.
