[7:32 PM]Square Hammer: Hi all, I’m Brenden, director for Hammer City Games based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We’re a faily new company in the development scene, and even newer in the publishing scene, and we’re currently working on laying the groundwork to publish and distribute weird, wacky, and generally GM-centrically designed TTRPGs from Canadian designers. The current big project we have on Kickstarter is Earth: After Death, a dungeon-crawler-style post-apocalyptic game very reminscent of AD&D, Fallouts 1 and 2, and many other TT and cRPGs. We’re more than halfway to our goal and its been 2 weeks on the dot, so we’re pretty on track to make this big box a reality!(edited)
[8:09 PM]gremlin1384: Sure, I’ll give you a bit from my Kickstarter page: Psychogenesis Games is a one-person indie tabletop game workshop: Me, Emlyn Freeman. As Psychogenesis Games, I have put out one full RPG, based on the Cortex Prime ruleset: Reality, Redacted (available on Itch.io), and a series of small supplements for the Genesys RPG: Infinities Rising (available on DriveThruRPG). Finally, prior to founding Psychogenesis Games, I Kickstarted and published the Fate Core RPG Strange Voyages. I have been designing RPGs in my spare time since high school, and while I haven’t had any work published by the big guys, my own small projects have all had some success. When I’m not writing RPGs, I work in the field of developmental disabilities, which is where the initial idea for Amerarcana was sparked.1
[8:09 PM]gremlin1384: Amerarcana is a tabletop RPG horror comedy with an underlying message about the value of public service and who the real monsters are. Player characters stumble through a supernatural underworld in this game where John Dies at the End meets The City We Became.
[1:02 PM]Cyxos Hax: Greetings, fellow humans! First, thank you for inviting me; I look forward to this chat. My name is Carl-Erik Engqvist, and I’m a contemporary Swedish fine artist. So, my story is that I got fed up with the art world a couple of years ago and wanted to do something different with my creativity, so I started doing games. As a lover of RPGs since the 80s, I’ve always been fascinated with the potential of this type of game, and as someone who has too many worlds in his head, this was the perfect interactive medium to bring them to fruition. I try to make all the art, design, and text myself true to the artistic vision, so I’m a (very) small publisher called Sorchi Games, and I like it that way.
[1:02 PM]Cyxos Hax: So, “AFTER” is the game I will talk about today. Though it’s not my first RPG, it’s the one that has hung around as an idea the longest. After is a post-apocalyptic stone punk OSR game; it takes place many generations into the future after a series of massive calamities destroyed civilization and killed off most of the population on Earth. To add further to the stew, something unknown disrupts the recreation and functionality of advanced technology. Hence, humanity struggles to survive with weapons and tools of stone, or in rare cases, metal, in small clans in a world where the wilderness once again rules supreme. Other parts of reality have also changed: areas with strange ecology and rules, new dangerous creatures wandering the land, and some children being born with weird powers. To summarize, there are no mutants, radiation, or rusty guns, but instead spears, alien entities, and thick pine forests with the occasional ruin.
[1:02 PM]Cyxos Hax: The cool thing for me is that the entire setting is based on a series of dreams I had between the ages of 14 to 26 that all took place in the same world. I’m happy I finally found the right medium to recreate that world, with the help of another artist, the illustrator Sen Gaboc, and some rules-savvy friends.

[7:32 PM]Duck: Hi, I’m Ulysses Duckler, recent medical school graduate, creator of Cuticorium and To Change. Just launched the kickstarter for my new game, The Island of Dr. Moreau (IoDM).
[7:36 PM]Duck: IoDM is a very unqiue game with a very strange origin. It is also a labor of love for me and many other writer/artists that have built it into its current form. The best and shortest way I’ve found to describe it is a horror-romance capsule game about characters stuck on a mad scientists island.
[7:33 PM]rainer_sake: I am Rainer Kaasik-Aaslav, designer of SAKE (Sorcerers, Adventures, Kings, and Economics) ttrpg and metal artist from Estonia. SAKE, as the name suggests a bit, is a fantasy roleplaying game with elements of a strategy game.
[1:04 PM]Alex – Edge of Mythos: Hello everyone! Me and @Fibs are the Edge of Mythos, a ttrpg game design studio from Athens,Greece. We ‘ve been in the ttrpg design industry since last year, when we first created our first ttrpg zine “A Home Reforged”, which was a great first step for us. This year we aim for something far bigger; a ttrpg with our own setting and system called “Dream City Knights” which we will be launching on Kickstarter on May 15. (done)
[7:38 PM]Eiric E. Padráig: Greetings and salutations! My name is Eiric Padráig, and I am the Lead Designer and Project Manager of Haphazard Projects, a company that is devoted to bring new and unique ttrpgs to the market that have an old school feel to them. We have just released our project schedule for the next two years, and we’re ready to get to moving along those lines! (done)(edited)
