[1:02 PM]The Gamester: My name is John Thompson. I’ve been into fantasy for decades (no need to give my age away), including on and off D&D.

[1:02 PM]The Gamester: In 2022 I decided to do what I had wanted to do for ages. To create my own fantasy world.

[1:04 PM]The Gamester: Since then I created the fantasy world of Ordinem. It is a complex and large world with a massive history, which we won’t have time to discuss here. It is the world that my new novel, The King’s Pride is set in. Which is why were are here.

[1:06 PM]The Gamester: I created the world for D&D, 5e, etc and have published a compendium for the central continent of Scionos and a number of RPG adventures. However, it was always my intention that the world be coloured with stories and legends.

[1:07 PM]The Gamester: This novel is set on the continent of Scionos, in a land called Valamire. This is on the surface a feudal kingdom, but in a world where wichery and monsters really exists.

[6:21 PM]DaemonEye: I wrote a near-700 page DnD complete rewrite called “The Harrowed Earth”, that uses a dark fantasy version of earth history as the basis of the campaign world. Everything from incarnate-gods in ancient Rome, to fighting Nazi werewolves in WWII

[6:23 PM]DaemonEye: The name of the book I am here to talk about today is the first StereoTypicals book, “Son of the Dragon”, and it is about Vlad the Impaler and how he inspired the novel “Dracula” in this universe
