[19:31] <&NM_Alan> Hi folks! I am Alan Bahr of Nocturnal Media & Gallant Knight Games, and I’m here to talk about Tiny Wastelands, the third TinyD6 game to come out from GKG! It’s a minimalist, rule-lite game designed to be fast to play, easy to set up, and quick to teach! We’re currently on Kickstarter and less than $300 away from our next stretch goal
[19:31] <&NM_Alan> Yes, that means we’re funded
[19:31] <&NM_Alan> (Link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gallantknightgames/tiny-wastelands-post-apocalyptic-minimalist-rolepl?ref=creator_nav)https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gallantknightgames/tiny-wastelands-post-apocalyptic-minimalist-rolepl?ref=creator_nav
[19:31] <&NM_Alan> Feel free to ask me about this game, the past ones, or future ones! Or anything else.
[19:31] <&NM_Alan> (done)
[19:32] <~Dan> Thanks, NM_Alan! The floor is open to questions!
[19:32] <~Dan> What’s the game about? 🙂
[19:32] <+Doctor> So what’s new in the Alan Bahr’s Tiny Universe? Does it build off the other games?
[19:32] <&NM_Alan> Well, the game is about life after an apocalypse (we leave it vague about what happened)
[19:33] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, great question. As this is our third TinyD6 game, we’ve added some new mechanics to the game. The first is mutation traits, the second is scavenging tables, and the third is refined and upgraded vehicle rules.
[19:34] <&NM_Alan> Dan, the game is built to cover any apocalypse, so our micro-settings (small 6 page settings intended to inspire GMs) range from Waterworld-esque, to Fallout-esque to things inspired by obscure films like the Six-String Samurai.
[19:34] <+Doctor> A Boy and His Dog?
[19:34] <&NM_Alan> Among others. We have rules for pets and animals
[19:35] <+Doctor> Is it one contiguous setting or are the microsettings wholly independent?
[19:36] <&NM_Alan> As in our previous games (Tiny Frontiers, and Tiny Frontiers: Mecha & Monsters), the micro-settings are designed to be independent.
[19:36] <&NM_Alan> They’re written by best-selling authors, RPG industry vets, and first-time writers. We have a wide mix.
[19:36] <~Dan> Can you remind us of the game’s basic mechanic?
[19:36] <~Dan> (Howdy, SirGene!)
[19:37] <&NM_Alan> Sure! For those of you who don’t know (or forgot) the base mechanic of the TinyD6 system is rolling 2d6. If either dice shows a “5” or “6”, your Test is a success. If you have Disadvantage, you roll 1d6, if you have Advantage, you roll 3.
[19:37] <+SirGene> Hi Dan
[19:37] <&NM_Alan> Characters are built from an Archetype, and 3 Traits (abilities that grant Advantage or special actions).
[19:37] <&NM_Alan> All attacks do 1 damage, and most characters have around 6 to 8 hit points.
[19:38] <&NM_Alan> It’s very minimalist, and the rules only take up about 30 pages in a 6×9 book.
[19:38] <+Doctor> Archatypes?
[19:38] <&NM_Alan> Yes! So instead of races, we have Archetypes, which are “Tropes” or general character types you see in most Post-Apocalyptic fiction.
[19:38] <+Doctor> got an example?
[19:38] <&NM_Alan> We have things like “Normals”, “Mutants”, “Crazies”, and “Tyrants” and much more.
[19:39] <&NM_Alan> Sure, so normally in Tiny Wastelands, a character can only have one Mutation Trait, however, Mutants can have 3.
[19:39] <&NM_Alan> Tyrants have an ability to impose their will on people, and Normals are the base “standard” character type, with no special benefits or drawbacks.
[19:40] <~Dan> How wild are the mutations?
[19:41] <+Doctor> Why play a normal? Do the others have drawbacks?
[19:41] <&NM_Alan> So Dan first, then Doctor
[19:41] <&NM_Alan> Dan, the mutations range from the basic “extra limbs, body parts, etc.” to thinks like acid spit, spines, weird vestigal wings, etc.
[19:41] <&NM_Alan> They can get pretty out there.
[19:42] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, the Normal has the Advantage in getting an extra Trait at character creation (so they get 4 instead of 3). Just some extra training. All other Archetypes have the effect of a free Trait, but it’s locked into a specific option.
[19:43] <+Doctor> Ah, so like Humans in Tiny Frontiers
[19:43] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, very much. The Normal *is* the Human effectively.
[19:44] <&NM_Alan> (is that it for questions? This might be the fastest QA ever)
[19:45] <~Dan> Are there psionics?
[19:45] <+SirGene> Is there a character sheet to view? What are some of the traits?
[19:45] <+Doctor> Well, I was looking at the previous books. Who do you have for the Micro Settings and do you have one you haven’t unlocked yet you’re excited for?
[19:45] <&NM_Alan> SirGene, we actually don’t do character sheets, as PCs can fit on a standard 3×5 notecard.
[19:46] <&NM_Alan> So there isn’t a character sheet.
[19:46] <&NM_Alan> Dan, yes there are!
[19:46] <+SirGene> If you don’t do them your fans will make them up and give them away! 🙂
[19:46] <&NM_Alan> Weird techno-magic & psionics are available rules options.
[19:46] <&NM_Alan> SirGene, more power to ’em!
[19:47] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, we have writers like Shawn Carmen (who wrote L5R 4e), Angus Abranson, and Elizabeth Chaipraditkul
[19:47] <+Doctor> Angus of EN world?
[19:47] <&NM_Alan> I’m very excited for Liz’s, as you play rogue AIs
[19:47] <&NM_Alan> and Doctor, yes
[19:48] <+Doctor> And Liz did… Witch, right?
[19:48] <&NM_Alan> of Cubicle 7 and ENWworld Fame
[19:48] <&NM_Alan> and Liz did do Witch! And worked as a lead on 7th Sea 2e
[19:49] <+Doctor> So I can’t help but notice you used “TinyD6” to refer to the system… Is this a “thing” now?
[19:49] <&NM_Alan> TinyD6 is the nomenclature we use to refer to this ruleset that powers multiplle genre games, yes.
[19:49] <&NM_Alan> Nocturnal Media owns all the rights to TinyD6, and we use it to power the whole Tiny line
[19:51] <+Doctor> So, are psionics codified or more like magic in Tiny Dungeons?
[19:51] <&NM_Alan> So in this game we unveil more codified psionic rules. With specific disciplines, powers and more.
[19:53] <&NM_Alan> it’s a significant step forward in those rules (but they won’t apply to every game or TinyD6 game)
[19:53] <~Dan> What sorts of psionic powers are there?
[19:54] <&NM_Alan> Well, there’s options ranging from telekinesis, to biomantic lightning, to mind reading and others.
[19:55] <&NM_Alan> There’s 6+ disciplines, and we have 4 powers for each
[19:55] <~Dan> What are the disciplines?
[19:56] <&NM_Alan> We have: Telekinesis, Telepathy, Biomancy, Cryomancy, Pyromancy, and one more I won’t spoil here 🙂
[19:57] <~Dan> Are these considered mutations?
[19:58] <&NM_Alan> Dan, no, they are not
[19:58] <&NM_Alan> At least, not in a rules sense.
[19:58] <+Doctor> So, it would seem spiritually appropriate if you had vehicle rules…
[19:58] <&NM_Alan> In a society sense, that’s up to the GM.
[19:58] <&NM_Alan> Doctor we have extensive vehicle rules
[19:58] <&NM_Alan> You can customize, build and upgrade your vehicle rule. It’s still minimalist, but there’s a lot of options
[19:59] <+Doctor> So I can go beyond the thunderdome as needed
[19:59] <&NM_Alan> Indeed.
[19:59] <&NM_Alan> A regular Road Warrior, if you wish.
[19:59] <+Doctor> Love the cover art btw
[19:59] <~Dan> You mentioned techno-magic earlier. What’s that like?
[20:00] <&NM_Alan> Thank you Doctor. That’s Tan Ho Sim, the same artist who illustrated all of Mecha & Monsters!
[20:00] <&NM_Alan> Dan, there’s rules for artifact magic, and leverage ancient science to great effect.
[20:01] <&NM_Alan> It’s about using “pre-fall” tech effectively.
[20:01] <~Dan> (Howdy, Lin_Chong, Catseye!)
[20:02] <+Lin_Chong> (darling)
[20:03] <~Dan> Doesn’t the 1-point limit on damage devalue what should be powerful pre-fall weaponry?
[20:03] <+Doctor> I imagine the level of “before time” tech is setting dependent?
[20:04] <&NM_Alan> Dan, not at all. pre-fall weaponry might allow for multiple attacks, etc (or even break the rules and do *2* damage!)
[20:04] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, to a degree. We offer a large selection of pre-generated options, but in the end, we leave it to each campaign to use the toolbox how they want
[20:04] <&NM_Alan> in the end, the game is a toolbox to run the campaign each GM sees, so we try to make it easy to leverage the various pieces.
[20:05] <~Dan> Can you give us a brief description of the included settings?
[20:06] <&NM_Alan> Sorry about that! Browser locked up
[20:06] <~Dan> No worries!
[20:07] <+Doctor> <Dan>: Can you give us a brief description of the included settings?
[20:07] <&NM_Alan> Yes, Dan. First, is Salvage by Steve Diamond (who has contributed multiple times to our projects):
[20:07] <&NM_Alan> Aliens. They came. They saw. They destroyed. Then…they left. They left us with the wreckage…We were left wondering not just why they came, but why they fled. One day, all of humanity was greeted with the sights and sounds of all the alien ships…leaving. not just leaving, but fleeing. Like bats out of Hell. A race of aliens nearly pushed us to extinction
[20:07] <&NM_Alan> ..so what is it that could terrify them?
[20:07] <&NM_Alan> Next is Deepwater Titan by Wendelyn Reischel of postworld games
[20:07] <&NM_Alan> When the land is overrun with anarchy, you and your band of Roughnecks aboard an offshore drilling platform have become a bastion of sanity and a hub of commerce. There are alliances to be made and gazz to trade. Heavy machinery, heat, and hostility on the high seas. Drill baby, drill!
[20:07] <&NM_Alan> Next is Tobie Abad’s The Wild:
[20:07] <&NM_Alan> Survive as a beast in the post-apocalyptic world. Mark your hunting grounds and establish feeding borders against other monstrous animals. Find a mate and ensure the survival of your species.
[20:08] <&NM_Alan> We’ve unlocked Marie Murdock’s “The Plunge” which is a world where the coastal cities are destroyed and society must re-calibrate and survive.
[20:08] <&NM_Alan> We’ve also unlocked Ryan Schoon’s “The Drowned World”
[20:08] <&NM_Alan> “The world as we know it has submerged, drowned beneath melted ice caps and rising oceans. Those who survived the flooding live atop the waves, banding together in small communities that roam the world on large flotillas. Old wonders salvaged from the depths are the currencies of this new world, and expert sailors rely on ancient techniques to read the stars a
[20:08] <&NM_Alan> and the winds in search of these treasures. But beware, terrifying sea creatures and bloodthirsty gangs roam the waves as well and there are few left who are willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
[20:09] <&NM_Alan> So far that’s what we’ve unlocked!
[20:09] <+Doctor> So how well can this combine with the previous games? If I want a sci-fi inspired post-apocalyptic planet with Kajui and a campaign built around recovering pieces of an ancient weapon that may or may not be a stompy robot…
[20:09] <&NM_Alan> You can totally do it! All the TinyD6 games are exceptionally compatible.
[20:09] <~Dan> (Welcome to #rpgnet, Frank!)
[20:10] <&NM_Alan> My playtest game went from Tiny Frontiers (space opera) to Tiny Wastelands (as their ship crashed and they had to survive), to TF:M&M as they went to war with local giant monsters.
[20:10] <+Doctor> That sounds awesome
[20:10] <&NM_Alan> It was pretty cool (but I’m biased)
[20:11] <+Doctor> my Mecha and Monsters game was on a post-apoc earth so… yeah, I can do it
[20:11] <+Doctor> ^dig it
[20:12] <&NM_Alan> Glad to hear it!
[20:12] <&NM_Alan> I think Tiny Wastelands is a great next step for the TinyD6 engine and a natural fit with what we’ve done before.
[20:13] <+Doctor> Reading strechgoals
[20:13] <+Doctor> awesome dice
[20:13] <&NM_Alan> As always, all our stretch goals are new micro-settings!
[20:13] <+Doctor> keeping up the streak
[20:13] <&NM_Alan> Thanks! We try to make each TinyD6 game an investment worth keeping up on.
[20:14] <&NM_Alan> We realize each genre isn’t for everyone, but we want the games to feel like a complete collection on your shelves.
[20:14] <+Frank> Was this the fastest funded Tiny D6 Kickstarter?
[20:14] <&NM_Alan> it was! By about 12 hours!
[20:14] <&NM_Alan> This has been our best TinyD6 Kickstarter to date.
[20:14] <&NM_Alan> we’re a week and change in, and we’re already pushing our records on TinyD6!
[20:15] <+Frank> The art for each successive book keeps getting better and better. You have great artists
[20:15] <+Doctor> yeah I was just looking at the numbers
[20:15] <&NM_Alan> Thank you! We try really hard, and I think we keep improving
[20:15] <+Doctor> 9k with 21 days to go…
[20:16] <&NM_Alan> This is our 4th RPG, and I want each one to feel better than the last.
[20:16] <~Dan> (brb)
[20:16] <+Doctor> So this has been another step in building the brand… do you have other big Tiny plans?
[20:16] <&NM_Alan> We do!
[20:16] <+Frank> And they’re all on time!
[20:17] <&NM_Alan> So up next is Tiny Dungeon 2e (the GKG version of the TinyD6 game that started it all). We just previewed the cover for that:
[20:17] <&NM_Alan> Frank, we haven’t been late with a GKG Kickstarter yet, and I don’t plan to start!
[20:18] <&NM_Alan> Tiny Frontiers was 3 months early on physical (6 on PDF) and Mecha & Monsters was 3 months early on PDF and about 2 weeks early on physical.
[20:19] <&NM_Alan> We make it a priority to treat our backers and freelancers right, and so far, I think we’ve done ok
[20:19] <+Doctor> Gah, such good art. Same guy?
[20:19] <+Frank> The art is amazing
[20:19] <&NM_Alan> No! This is a new artist for Tiny Dungeon, named Michael Leavenworth. First time using him and he crushed it.
[20:21] <+Frank> What’s the next Tiny genre after Dungeon?
[20:21] <~Dan> (back, sorry)
[20:21] <&NM_Alan> Well, Tiny Supers, Tiny Dystopais, Tiny Gunslingers, Tiny Frontiers: Book III, and Tiny Frontiers: Book IV, Tiny Age of Sail, and Tiny Monsters are all either written or being written
[20:21] <&NM_Alan> only one of those isn’t written. The rest are done.
[20:22] <+Doctor> Tiny Age of Sail…
[20:22] <&NM_Alan> 🙂
[20:22] <+Frank> Pirates!
[20:22] <+Doctor> Tiny buckles being swashed
[20:22] <+GenoFoxx> what is Tiny Frontiers II?
[20:22] <&NM_Alan> Tiny Frontiers II is technically Tiny Frontiers: Mecha & Monsters as it’s an “expand-alone”
[20:22] <&NM_Alan> Hi Tobie!
[20:22] <~Dan> (Welcome to #rpgnet, Tobie!)
[20:23] <&NM_Alan> Tobie is one of our stretch goal authors, writing The Wild!
[20:23] <+Tobie> Hallooo
[20:23] <~Dan> Ah, nice to meet you, Tobie!
[20:23] <+Tobie> *waves*
[20:23] <+GenoFoxx> what no Tiny Dimensions?
[20:23] <&NM_Alan> GenoFoxx pitch me Tiny Dimensions
[20:24] <+Frank> Oooohh. It could be the anchor book to tie in all the other games
[20:24] <&NM_Alan> Frank, that’s been discussed! But nothing final yet.
[20:24] <+Doctor> Tiny Time Lords etc.
[20:24] <+GenoFoxx> I should have said Tiny Parallels
[20:24] <~Dan> (Howdy, RayAtHigherGrounds!)
[20:24] <&NM_Alan> I know we’ve got Tiny Samurai and Shinobi on the docket too.
[20:24] <+Frank> Cool
[20:24] <+Doctor> Indeed
[20:25] <+Tobie> Tiny has gotten pretty big.
[20:25] <&NM_Alan> The next big step in RPGs isn’t big, it’s Tiny!
[20:25] <&NM_Alan> as we like to say
[20:25] <+GenoFoxx> Tiny Manga
[20:25] <+GenoFoxx> Tiny Espers
[20:25] <+Doctor> I was wondering if we’re looking at a Tiny Anthology
[20:26] <&NM_Alan> I’ve thought about it. It’d be a hard KSer to run, but it’s on my list.
[20:26] <~Dan> What is Tiny Dystopias? Cyberpunk?
[20:26] <&NM_Alan> Dan, yes. It’s a cyberpunk ruleset for the Tiny line.
[20:26] <+Frank> Ragnarok could do a Tiny anthoilogy
[20:26] <+GenoFoxx> Tiny Dieselpulp
[20:26] <+Doctor> Anyway
[20:27] <+Doctor> Wastelands
[20:27] <&NM_Alan> There’s a lot of plans for the TinyD6 line, as we like it and it’s fun to work in.
[20:27] <+Doctor> Survival/resource management? Settlements?
[20:27] <+Doctor> A little image of Alan that pops up and says “Another settlement needs your help…”
[20:27] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, we had settlement rules, but they weren’t minimalist enough for me to feel comfortable including them.
[20:28] <&NM_Alan> So they got cut.
[20:28] <&NM_Alan> There is resource management. Equipment degrades over time as you use it and requires constant upkeep!
[20:28] <&NM_Alan> it’s a new mechanic for the TinyD6 line.
[20:28] <+Doctor> web extra 🙂
[20:29] <&NM_Alan> We’ll see! If I can find the time and make the right changes, I’d do that.
[20:29] <~Dan> How much of a bestiary do you feature in Tiny Wastelands?
[20:30] <&NM_Alan> There’s a spread of pre-gen enemies (mutants, raiders, etc.) and animals (mundane and mutated). About two dozen of each.
[20:31] <&NM_Alan> Dan, as befits the Tiny line we keep it pretty small.
[20:31] <~Dan> Do you offer specific creatures for the mini-settings?
[20:32] <&NM_Alan> Dan, we do if we feel it’s appropriate.
[20:32] <&NM_Alan> Adding a new rule for each micro-setting is a lot of text and page count, and we really want to make it feel appropriate.
[20:33] <~Dan> (Howdy, Monochrome_Tide!)
[20:33] <+RayAtHigherGrounds> (Howdy!)
[20:34] <~Dan> Do you include power armor?
[20:35] <+Doctor> Well, I think that covers my questions……cause power armor was the last one
[20:35] <&NM_Alan> Dan, not specifically no. Now I might add it though.
[20:35] <&NM_Alan> No promises.
[20:35] <&NM_Alan> TF:M&M has power armor though
[20:35] <&NM_Alan> you could easily port it over
[20:36] <+GenoFoxx> no power armor, no life
[20:36] <+Doctor> So gear deterioration?
[20:37] <&NM_Alan> Yes. each piece of gear has a “Usage” rating. Everytime you use it, you roll a d6. If you roll equal or over Usage rating, it goes down by one. If Usage Rating = 0, the item crumbles and is useless.
[20:37] <~Dan> (Welcome to #rpgnet, Guest92!)
[20:38] <+Frank> Any dream settings you would like to license for TinyD6? Pendragon 😀
[20:38] <&NM_Alan> I don’t have to license Pendragon 🙂
[20:38] <&NM_Alan> Nocturnal owns both.
[20:38] <+Frank> So we should expect it? 🙂
[20:38] <&NM_Alan> Nope
[20:38] <&NM_Alan> It’s not even on my radar!
[20:38] <&NM_Alan> (that’s a lie, I’ve totally thought about it)
[20:38] <+Frank> TinyD6 Knights?
[20:39] <~Dan> Tiny Arthur
[20:39] <+Frank> (everybody has better names than me)
[20:39] <&NM_Alan> I can’t think of a dream TinyD6 game I can’t just make.
[20:39] * ~Dan chuckles
[20:39] <+Doctor> Le Morte de Tiny Arthur
[20:40] <&NM_Alan> IPs are cool, but the best part of TinyD6 is the ability to really just get into each genre and make those genres it’s own.
[20:40] <+SirGene> Le morte de Arthur, that’s my gig!
[20:40] <+Doctor> That’s been my experience… it’s like a toolbox for a GM
[20:40] <&NM_Alan> SirGEne, you and me both
[20:40] <~Dan> (wb, Tobie)
[20:40] <&NM_Alan> I adore Pendragon
[20:40] <+Doctor> All my players bug me about the next time I’ll run “that tiny game”
[20:40] <~Dan> (Make up your mind: Tobie, or not Tobie.)
[20:40] <+Tobie> Sorry bad net in Manila
[20:41] <+Doctor> which is really a fusion of TF and M&M, and I’m gonna add TW
[20:41] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, I’m glad to hear it. TinyD6 is a really freeing ruleset to play in. It just gets the game out of the way and lets you focus on the fun.
[20:41] <+Tobie> Is there a transcription I can read? I missed a lot.
[20:42] <~Dan> There will be one posted immediately after the chat.
[20:42] <+Doctor> (whats the last thing you saw?)
[20:42] <+Tobie> Yay
[20:43] <+Tobie> My post 😦 tiny being big
[20:43] <+Tobie> That much. Sadness.
[20:44] <+Doctor> so vehicles (check), salvaging (check)… Mutants (check)
[20:44] <~Dan> You mentioned that one setting has players playing mutant animals. How does that work?
[20:45] <&NM_Alan> Tobie…?
[20:45] <+Doctor> Are there any other classic tropes you’re happy with?
[20:46] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, in what sense?
[20:47] <+Tobie> I was inspired by the videogame Tokyo Jungle
[20:47] <+Tobie> So players take the roles if animals with somewhat smarter intellect.
[20:47] <+Tobie> You stake your hunting grounds, you protect your breeding zone
[20:48] <+Tobie> You try to have young, cause you play through generations. See how long you survive.
[20:48] <~Dan> What sorts of animals are available to play?
[20:49] <+Tobie> Then there’s optional rules to go full mutant animal human mix. For those who want something more like TMNT
[20:49] <+Doctor> Like, do you have an archetype that you’re particularly proud of? Also, are there rules for zombies?
[20:49] <+Tobie> Animals = depending on word count, I may have to go archetypes than actual breeds.
[20:50] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, no zombie rules. All the archetypes feel fun, useful and focused, so I really don’t have a favorite.
[20:52] <+Doctor> Well that covers my questions… now I just have to wait to get my hands on it.
[20:52] <~Dan> Any chance of Tiny Pulp?
[20:53] <&NM_Alan> Dan, it’s not unlikely 🙂 I”ve thought about it
[20:53] <&NM_Alan> just have to be able to do it right.
[20:53] * ~Dan nods
[20:55] <~Dan> Hmm… I’m running out of questions, myself. Anything we haven’t covered, NM_Alan?
[20:56] <&NM_Alan> Heh, well Tiny game = shorter Q&A?
[20:56] <+Doctor> Rules for cannibalism
[20:56] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, noooooooo
[20:56] <+Doctor> yeeeeeeeee
[20:56] <+Doctor> s
[20:56] <&NM_Alan> The GM can do that
[20:56] <+Frank> Tiny Cthuhlu?
[20:56] <+Tobie> Oooh
[20:56] <&NM_Alan> Frank, could be a thing.
[20:56] <&NM_Alan> I can’t comment on somethings.
[20:56] <+Tobie> Tiny Romance
[20:56] <+Frank> Ehh…
[20:57] <&NM_Alan> Hah.
[20:57] <+Doctor> how do you see Tiny Evolving as a system?
[20:57] <+Frank> Any urban fantasy genres in the mix?
[20:57] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, in what sense?
[20:58] <&NM_Alan> and Frank Tiny Monsters includes some UF.
[20:58] <+Doctor> After all, rules lite only have so may levers to pull.
[20:58] <+Frank> (Easy enough to mash up though)
[20:58] <~Dan> So will Tiny Monsters be a “play-the-monster” type game in the vein of WoD?
[20:59] <&NM_Alan> Dan, yes it would.
[20:59] <&NM_Alan> Doctor, there’s not so many levers, but I’m pretty good at creating new minimalist levers, so expect to see a lot more
[20:59] <~Dan> (Howdy, BPIJonathan!)
[20:59] <&NM_Alan> Tiny will evolve into modified versions of those rules and continually explore it’s design space
[21:00] <~Dan> So shall we wrap up early, folks? Any more questions?
[21:00] <+BPIJonathan> What about compatibility with other Tiny games? (since I am just coming in I dont know if this had been addressed, so apologize if it has)
[21:01] <&NM_Alan> BPIJonathan, it’s fully compatible with all previous versions!
[21:02] <+BPIJonathan> Awesome, so can do Mecha and Monsters in the Wasteland. 😀
[21:02] <&NM_Alan> Exactly!
[21:02] <+BPIJonathan> Sounds like my kind of game.
[21:03] <&NM_Alan> I agree. But again, I’m biased.
[21:03] <+BPIJonathan> Well, that was my only question. I will read the log for anything else I might have missed.
[21:03] <~Dan> (Howdy, MonkofLords!)
[21:04] <&NM_Alan> If we’re out of questions, I’m find ending early.
[21:04] <&NM_Alan> *fine. Apologies.
[21:05] <~Dan> Okay, NM_Alan! Thanks very much for joining us!
[21:06] <+Doctor> (gtg, I’m a backer already, so… keep it up!)
[21:06] <+Frank> Thanks Alan and Dan
[21:06] <&NM_Alan> Of course, always a pleasure! Looking forward to the next one!
